    Easy

    Easy to setup from the box, easy to operate, easy commuting. Lots of instant power, it's as per description.
    Not sure about range it will go for me yet, but on level 1 at 20-25km/hr a 10km trip on slightly undulating roads seems to use less than 10% charge.

    Great product

    The bike is a great product. The experience is very worth it and this bike is cost effective. I had a little trouble with my battery, but the customer service was very helpful with no run around and just replaced it very fast with no lost time. I have recommended it to a number of friends. If you are looking for a simple a great e-bike experience, this is a winning.

    EXCELLENT TOURING BIKE FOR THE PRICE

    Bicycle is simple to assemble from box, could have done it in an hour, but watching Giants game took two. I make a point of charging battery in back yard separated from bike, never more than 2 to 3 hours, news stories of elec.bikes burning means take safety precautions when charging battery.
    The pedal assist 1-4 give various degrees of assist depending on the road your on, it's really great going uphill. Level 5 is great if you're in a hurry, barely pedaling will get you to 32kph in a very short time.

    Excellent bike holds battery life

    Love this bike. It rides smooth! Has an amazing air filled comfy seat, we rode over 20 km and battery was only down 2 of 5 bars. This was even with towing my son with bike trailer. The charging was fast. Easy to put together.we struggled with some shopping issues and the company worked with us and made things right! Excellent customer service.
