My bike order arrived within a week, the accessories arrived 3 days later. I was kept up to date with my order by email & text by Merkx as tracking app is mediocre at best. The actual products are of a higher standard than you would expect them to be considering The price point. Very happy with my purchase & quality of products.

Fun to ride. Easy to use and put together. Can ride a long ways on single charge and charges quickly, however, the lights will drain the battery quicker. Was able to go 40km and battery went down only one bar with low pedal assist on (level 2 or 3). Recommend getting alternative lights if this is an issue for you. The shipment packaging on the attached accessories could be better due to the brake handle was broken, but was able to resolve easily and everything else works great. The seat is comfortable. Ability to adjust heights is helpful. Easy to move and store with folding capabilities.

I am glad I got this for my husband’s birthday gift, he is loving it and enjoy biking to work. This bike has very reasonable price, you can hardly find any e-bike with this good quality and price. It was easy to put together, it comes with a tool kit which has everything we need to put it together. The bike itself is very light and easy to use. I love the seat and handle can both be adjusted and very easy to adjust it. The light that comes with it makes the bike safe at night time, also it comes with key to lock the bike! I love everything about it, especially the riding, it is very smooth and comfortable.
