Very happy bike is easy to operate and does go quick . Up hills no problem
My bike order arrived within a week, the accessories arrived 3 days later. I was kept up to date with my order by email & text by Merkx as tracking app is mediocre at best. The actual products are of a higher standard than you would expect them to be considering The price point. Very happy with my purchase & quality of products.

Everything was no problem any issues was solved, the people who you deal with know there products,very professional willing to help, delivery was fast well boxed this is a good company.
The bike arrived in good condition in a "flat pack", type carton. Despite that it only took me around 45 minutes to assemble. The longest part of the whole thing was waiting for the battery to charge!! The instructions provided (on line) were clear and easy to follow. I was surprised (in a good way) by the build quality and finish of the bike. The controls are pretty straight forward and the bike is easy to ride (and performs really well). Time will tell, but at present I am very happy.
I took control of this bike 2 days ago Putting together was very good and to set up as I required needed some help from youth but now all complete and great The equipment is very well made and sure the bike will be really great This 78 year old is going to have a great time with this bike
Merkx have been great 2 deal with. I had some wty issues with my MX05 & they were more than helpful & fast. I've since needed some parts 4 my mates S600 & my MX05 & they were right on it.
Saw a recommendation online and bought it. It's really good quality, very comfortable to lie on, and it's completely silent when driving. The sunroof makes it easy to get on from within the car.
Hi all i am very very happy with this ebike it's absolutely 💯 perset great .This get great km you out of the battery's ,but be careful of the power when you have both motors on, that for the fast delivery 😀 👍

We love this bike. It's a good quality bike and super fast and torquey. The geometry is great and stays balanced as it flys though the air. Our only issue is that it only has two speed settings. Being able to limit it to 25ks/hr would be helpful. The jump from 8 to 35 is extreme!

I was very happy with the affordable price on this bike. All the others of comparable speed and battery life were 2 to 3x the cost! Works great!
A little sceptical at first but love the bike. I have a bad knee and it makes it easier to ride. I have been out every weekend riding. Battery last a long time. Definitely recommend
Couldn't recommend this any higher, I've had it for just over a couple weeks and I stand by it being the best purchase I've made yet. For the price point and quality, you can't go wrong.
A couple things I will be critical about is the display screen, the battery bars aren't accurate. It'll get to 3 bars, turn it off then back on and it'll jump back to 4 or 5. I recommend just fully charging it and track how many kms you've done.
And the last thing would be that there's not enough information about the different modes, I had to do a fair bit of digging to find them to dial the bike in.
Other than that, if I had to buy it again I would in a heart beat.
Great bike for people who have mild disabilities. Allows me to get out amongst beach tracks and explore. Batteries cover incredible distance. Great buy and service from Merkx. Cheers
Overall very good. With a few small changes it could be amazing. Needs progressive rate fork springs. They do bottom out too easily and on bumps that they definitely shouldn't. The majority of the bike feels like good quality and a few small parts feel out of place as in too cheaply made. The performance is fantastic and you can pull any hill with ease as needed. As for me I would pay a little bit more to get things like common brake pads and better forks. But overall it is a very solid package for the money and I doubt anyone would be unhappy with the performance that it gives.
I have'nt riden it much ,but i got 6 miles on first charge.power was oo.k. 30mph was achieved on a slight down hill.well built and worth the money.
I was really surprised at how quick it showed up, and after a couple hours of assembly, I'm having a blast with it!
