My bike order arrived within a week, the accessories arrived 3 days later. I was kept up to date with my order by email & text by Merkx as tracking app is mediocre at best. The actual products are of a higher standard than you would expect them to be considering The price point. Very happy with my purchase & quality of products.

Everything was no problem any issues was solved, the people who you deal with know there products,very professional willing to help, delivery was fast well boxed this is a good company.
The bike arrived in good condition in a "flat pack", type carton. Despite that it only took me around 45 minutes to assemble. The longest part of the whole thing was waiting for the battery to charge!! The instructions provided (on line) were clear and easy to follow. I was surprised (in a good way) by the build quality and finish of the bike. The controls are pretty straight forward and the bike is easy to ride (and performs really well). Time will tell, but at present I am very happy.
