I purchased the S700 and am completely satisfied with the quality of the product. As an older lady, a lot of my family were saying it is too much, but the sales person assured me it would be a good fit. The bike arrived within 2 days and I am beyond happy. The choice of motor modes makes this a versatile bike for all riders. It fits perfectly inside my caravan so I dont need to purchase additional racks and the ride is very compfortable. Although it is a heavy bike, all e-bikes are heavy to me and this can climb stairs using the throttle to assist. Merkx were amazing and easy to deal with. They made the process simple and fast. I was in the chat box for over and hour in the evening and they stayed with me to answer all my questions. They provided links for me to go and watch additional information and were still available when I returned to the chat. They made honest recommendations based upon my needs, age and plans. I really cannot recommend Merkx enough. The price was very competitive and the accessories were affordable unlike some other big brands. They also threw in a helmet and changed the seat pole to a suspension version. I would not hesitate to send family and friends to Merkx and have already sent a couple.
After a week of using the S600 to get around the Sunshine coast, it has proved to be all the promotional reports have said. A Good Bike.

I had a minor problem with the speedo not working. I messaged them in the afternoon on a Sunday and they got straight back to me with in 5 minutes and told me how to fix it. If that didn't work ( it did) the gentleman, said to get straight back to them and they will sort it out. So helpful, and the bike is awesome. I bought it off the internet. I felt like it was a bit of a risk but its been a great decision.
Bought the bike as a gift to the family. It has been great since the day I spoke to the team on the chat. The bikes is sturdy and powerful enough to get me 82kgs up a steep hill. I did have to peddle a small bit but nothing to much.Highly recommended..

From the first time I loved this eBike and I still I love it even I could not get because the sit height is too high (36 inch) for my body type.
I would be really interested if will be an other similar model with height high (30 inch).
Its the most comfortable bike i have ever ridden, lacks a bit of torque but thats because I'm used to the ridstar q20 pro. Its an excellent back up bike
