Great BIKE -easy to put to together - great to ride with a smooth ride and good control on corners - on the negative -still waiting for my bike helmet and there is no rear brake light - overall a great bike

I’ve only had my bike up and running for a day and it’s exceeded my expectations. Solid bike, lots of power that’s hauls my fat butt around with ease.
The only suggestion for future bikes (or available to buy) would be to had adjustable suspension both front and rear ie increase preload to stop bottoming out.
Aside from that, great bike!

So far so good, a smooth comfortable ride and the long battery life is a game changer. Easy to ride long distances in comfort.
Awesome range, feel and handling on both bikes. S600 is more of a peddler has more space and hits about 50kph with a smaller battery. Q20 not really a peddler, bigger battery and power for just throttle - straightto 60kph huge range. Great motor switches for swapping on the go, comphy seat, way lower stance, attracts more attention as a motorcycle look. MERKX / Megan have been awsome to deal with - from one side of the country to the other and remote fast responses freight and quality bikes.
The HUS V1 is absolutely fantastic. It's very reliable, well built, and clearly made with quality in mind. The battery life is impressive - long enough that the kids can ride and play for hours without constant recharging.
This bike has been great for building confidence and skills, especially for kids who are interested in motocross. It handles well, feels solid, and stands up to regular use with no issues so far.
Highly recommended bike for young riders. Durable, fun, and perfect for developing motocross skills.

When the package arrived one of the mirrors was broken. I sent them an email and they sent me mirrors instantly without an issue.

Looks to be a very good quality ebike for the price. Easy to assemble and seems to have sufficient power and battery life for extended trips. I have only ridden for the week, will be interesting to see how it is in 6 months. Overall, very happy with purchase based on value and quality of S600.
Good bike to ride goes well with deal wheels only thing is mud gards rattle a lot
