Great bike, had to go into settings & tone the take off down, it was a bit lively off the mark, also dropped the max speed down to 25 km just in case, but can increase both when off a govt roads. Definitely worth the money compared to other brands, super easy to assemble as most of it comes ready.
Got 2 of these as a husband and wife activity to do together. It was delivered quite quickly, fairly easy to put together and is heaps of fun to ride. Quite powerful too. Happy with our purchase
apart from a small dent in the helmet during shipping everything else arrived in good order. bike went together without any issues and I am very happy with this purchase.
Came in on expected time which was great and the service from merkx is great!! As for the bike easy to put together and ive added some extras on it too, love this bike lots of torque and solid!
Very good bike for the price. Powerful motors. Fat tires and suspension makes for a comfy ride. Brakes are adequate. I like the electronic "bell" - honking at pedestrians is fun. Overall it's good value. I have other e-bikes and prefer a mid-drive but this thing is pretty good and about half the price. It certainly does the job I wanted it to do.
Great BIKE -easy to put to together - great to ride with a smooth ride and good control on corners - on the negative -still waiting for my bike helmet and there is no rear brake light - overall a great bike

I’ve only had my bike up and running for a day and it’s exceeded my expectations. Solid bike, lots of power that’s hauls my fat butt around with ease.
The only suggestion for future bikes (or available to buy) would be to had adjustable suspension both front and rear ie increase preload to stop bottoming out.
Aside from that, great bike!
